All United Kingdom Breast-Buddies items are posted by Royal Mail 1st class recorded.
Charges vary between £0.50 and £2.50 per item.  All items on our website have their own postal prices stated next to the description -  Just remember if you purchase more than one item we will auctomatically give you a postage discount at checkout.

 International orders are always welcome. P&P costs are the same as stated on our website but incur a £2.00 handling charge for worldwide destinations per order.

  Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

  • where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
  • where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
  • we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK

We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Damaged/Faulty Items: In the event that one of our products arrives damaged or faulty we will gladly replace your item free of charge.  Buyer to pay return postage, which we will refund upon receipt.  Please note we will NOT refund/replace your item until we have received the item back.  We highly recommend you use a delivery method, which offers proof of return.

  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 Personalised Items:

Unless the item arrives damaged or faulty we will not refund/replace personalised or custom made items unless a mistake has been made on our part. In the event of personalised Nursing Necklaces for example, please double check all spellings carefully as incorrect spellings etc we cannot be held liable for- what you state is what we will use! Obviously if I have had a dumb moment and made a mistake we will replace item immediately, and refund return postage.

Note:  If no fault is found - Return of custom/personalised items will incur a 25% re-stocking fee.  By purchasing you agree to this.
